昨日今日でちょうど2リットル飲んだわけだな。飲め飲め系の本だともっと飲め、1日で2リットル飲めとか書いてあるからもっと飲まんといかんな。どうせ飲むなら飲まなきゃそんそん。
なんでもやりすぎてみないと、どんくらいが適量かなんてわからんからな。行くとこまで行ってから、戻るもよしその先へ行くもよし。まずは行ってみないとな。
