こだわりのお茶またはコーヒーの淹れ方はありますか？
とにかくゆっくり、アホほど細く、がまんにがまんして、時間をかけて。これがいいのかどうかわからないけど、こうしていれるとうまくなる。同じ豆で同じ挽き方なのに、あせって、とまではいかなくても、さっと入れてしまうよりも、まちがいなく絶対うまい。
だから毎回、できるだけ時間をかけてゆっくり入れる。けど、毎回うまいわけではない。あくまでも、さっと入れてしまうよりもうまいということ。うまいのは、そのうちの何回かに一回だけ。まぁそんなもんだ。
