ひな祭りと言えば、ちらし寿司なのだそうだ。男兄弟で育ったぼくは、実のところ娘ができるまで知らなかった。娘の父親になるということは、こういうことなのである。
Speaking of the Doll's Festival, it seems to be chirashi-sushi. I who was brought up with man brothers did not know it till, actually, a daughter could do it. It is such a thing to become father of a daughter.
近所のちょっと高いスーパーで売っているイカの塩辛。そこでしか売っていない逸品。最近のお気に入り。
塩辛というものは、意外と当たり外れが多く、というか実のところはハズレばかりである。店で食ってもそうなのだから、ましてやスーパーで買えるものとなると、うまいのに当たるなんてそうそうない。そんな中で、この塩辛は、一歩ないし二歩抜きんでている。
舌にまとわりつく食感。味の濃さ、そして深さ。塩の加減。そこらへんが、渾然一体となってかつ丸くなっている。うまいうまい。
酒のつまみによし、もちろんごはんにのせてよし。うまいのだから、なんにでも合う。合いすぎて、ついつい飲み過ぎて食べ過ぎるわけである。こればかりはほんと致し方ない。

A feeling of appetite clinging to a tongue. Deepness of taste and depth. Addition and subtraction of salt. And I am gathered up and I do not pass through there, but curl up. Is good; is good.
I quit it to a snack of liquor and of course I am in tune with rice and am good. Because I am good, I match even what. It is too correct and I drink too much just carelessly and overeat myself. Only this does not have true cannot being helped.
鮨の出前をとろうかと思ったのだが、気が変わって近所で刺身を買ってきた。
鮨で食べたら、5000円以上はしそうな刺身が盛り合わせで、980円。わかっちゃいるけど、鮨というのは高くつくもんだ。まぁ、料理の値段と材料の値段を比べたってしょうがない。うまけりゃそれでいいわけで、満足できるかどうかは値段じゃないのである。
I thought whether I would take home delivery of cooked foods of sushi, but I changed my mind and bought sashimi in a neighborhood.
If it eats with sushi, the sashimi that more than 5,000 yen seem to do it is a helping of various kinds of dishes, and it is 980 yen. Though understand it, sushi costs dearly; rubbed it. Oh, there is no help for it even if I compare a price of materials with a price of cooking. It is not a price whether thus you can be satisfied with an excuse if good.

Though I pick up a raw egg on rice and I wear soy sauce and disentangled it, why is it delicious like this? No, after all it is rice, and is it a thing whether it is soy sauce whether it is an egg? This is the Trinity. God causes a miracle on a bowl while dwelling in the details.
